Guidelines for Authors
Author(s) must ensure:
- Plagiarism Check: Good quality plagiarism software (Turnitin/iThenticate) will be used. Similarity should not exceed 20% including references, and less than 10% when references are excluded.
- Quality Check: Papers must be cutting-edge, result-oriented, original, and within the scope of engineering and technology. Titles should avoid words like ‘Overview’, ‘Brief’, ‘Introduction’, ‘Review’, ‘Case Study’, ‘Survey’, ‘Approach’, ‘Comparative Analysis’, ‘Investigation’, etc.
- Paper Submission Criteria: A single author can submit a maximum of 2 papers per volume/issue.
- Review Criteria: IJISEA uses a double-blind review process. Each paper is reviewed by three experts: one from India and two from overseas. A minimum review time window of 2–3 weeks is maintained.
- Template: Accepted papers must follow the Journal Template. Each paper must include an author profile (minimum 100 words) with a photo. Volume and issue number must be placed at the top-right corner. No changes allowed after final submission.
- Publication Fee: Check in Payment Process under manuscript Submission
- Required Time for Endorsement: 3–4 weeks minimum.
Manuscript Submission
Submission of a manuscript implies it has not been published or under consideration elsewhere. Approval from all co-authors and responsible authorities is required. The publisher assumes no legal responsibility for any compensation claims.
Permissions
Authors wishing to include figures, tables, or text from previously published sources must obtain permission from the copyright holder and submit evidence during paper submission. Without evidence, material will be treated as original.
Online Paper Submission
Prospective authors must submit full text papers (.doc, .pdf) via email at editor@ijisea.org including abstract, keywords, introduction, methodology, results, tables, figures, and references.

Article Correction and Retraction
All corrections require editor authorization. Minor corrections are made directly. For major issues, the following apply:
- Erratum: Corrections for publisher-introduced errors affecting integrity or reputation.
- Addendum: Additional crucial information added post-publication to aid understanding. Peer-reviewed if necessary.
- Retraction: Issued if findings are unreliable, plagiarized, or unethical. Retractions stay linked to the original article but marked accordingly.
Indexing
IJISEA has no authority over indexing decisions or timelines by external databases (e.g., Scopus). Inclusion is solely determined by those teams.
